Pacific Nursing Marketing Policy
The purpose of this policy is to define the basic principles for marketing communications throughout Pacific Nursing LLC. This policy applies to all marketing activities and communications including: - the following forms of advertising and marketing: Mobile application, television, radio, online and direct marketing, events, trade/sales and other professional promotions and communications. This policy follows the framework guidelines set by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for Responsible for Technology Marketing communication, as well as marketing communications principles issued by local self-regulatory organizations (such as ETL and National Advertisers Association NAA). All marketing and communications must in addition to this Policy at all times comply with the relevant Federal, State and local laws and regulations

Policy Principles
Pacific Nursing LLC commits to comply with the following principles in all marketing communications.
- All advertising and communications must be truthful and shall not include misleading facts or statements.
- Copy, sound and visual representation of messages, materials and services shall accurately portray characteristics advertised.
- Information portrayed shall be factual, evidence based and sound scientific basis.
- Marketing communications and promotions will not encourage unhealth work practices
- Marketing communications will not undermine the safety and well-being of the employees and the public.
- Marketing communications must not exploit inexperience or credulity, of children and young people.
- Marketing communications must not mislead children or young people about the potential health benefits of our products and services.
- The role of the parents and other adults responsible for a child’s welfare must not be undermined.
- Marketing communications must not create a sense of urgency.
- When using personalities (live or animated) which might be appealing to children, a special care must be taken not to exploit a child’s imagination in a way that could mislead them to make unhealthy choices.
- When using personalities, live or animated, advertising content must be clearly distinguished from the program or editorial content.
- We refrain from communications related to unhealthy products in schools or day cares except where specifically requested by or agreed with the school administration.
Pacific Nursing Privacy Policy
Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to public users (Healthcare Institutions, Nurses, Nursing assistants and trained medical staff and the general public), and Pacific Nursing LLC and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Pacific Nursing LLC include http://pacificnursing.tech, Nurse App, Shiloh Healthcare LLC and http://shilohhealthcare.us. The Nurse App application is a Mobile application. By using the Nurse App application, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, Nurse App may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:
- First and Last Name
- Mailing Address
- E-mail Address
- Phone Number
- Job Title
- Social Security for background checks
If you purchase Nurse App’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.
Pacific Nursing (Nurse App) may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your:
- Age
- Gender
- Race
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. Nurse App collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested.

Nurse App does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists and email to third parties.
Nurse App may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is transferred to the third party. Nurse App may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Nurse App, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
